medium carrots
2 - 3
medium kohlrabi
1 tbsp
package (one or another):

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. Cut carrots and kohlrabi in half, widthwise, and then cut into sticks.
  3. Place in a bowl with seasoning and oil, tossing to coat.
  4. Arrange in a single layer on a crisper. Bake for 25–35 minutes, until lightly crispy but cooked.
Tips

Serve your veggie fries standing upright in a teacup or small stoneware bowl, accompanied by your favourite Epicure dip! 

Experiment with other firm root vegetables, like sweet potatoes, parsnips, and yams. Cooking time may vary.
