Ingredients
23 lb (300 g)
sirloin steak, trimmed and cut into 1” cubes

red or white onion, peeled and cut into even wedges
12
medium whole fresh mushrooms
12 recipe prepared
Sesame Ginger Dressing
bamboo skewers, pre-soaked in water to prevent scorching
sesame seeds, to taste

Preparation
  1. Combine steak, onion, and mushrooms with Sesame Ginger Dressing in a medium-size mixing bowl. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes, and up to 2 days.
  2. Alternately thread steak, onion wedges, and mushrooms onto bamboo skewers.
  3. Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Grill kebabs turning often for 6–8 minutes, or until cooked as you like.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
